Q:- What’s the quantity can be loaded in a full 20" or 40" container? Can we mix different models and accessories together?
A:- We have detailed number for each model, you can check our website. Generally, combined loading is allowed, it depends on your final selection .We can calculate the best quantity arrangement upon receiving of your interested models. So do the order of each type.
Q:- Can I put my brand name on your products instead your brand?
A:- Yes. We can supply OEM service.
Q:- How can I become a dealer for your products in my region?
A:- We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners. If you have the ability to provide after-sale-service to end user and have extensive sales channels, you may apply for a sole agent.

 

Q:- How about your payment term?
A: To sample order, we just accept total T/T. To full container order, the payment term can be negotiated.
Q:- How long is your delivery time?
A:- Generally 12-18days .The exactly delivery time depends on the products you are choose and the reception time of your down payment, we know the importance of time to you, we will try our best to finish the production as soon as possible.
Q:- What’s your guarantee period?
A:- Different type has different guarantee period, such as mini bike, it’s 12 months guarantee for engine, 6 months for other parts, but for ATV, engine can warrant 3 years, so it’s up to your selection .

 

Q:- Do you have another way to warrant your products?
A:- Some spare parts will be provide free of charge.
Q:- What’s your minimum quantity? Can you accept sample order?
A:- Generally, the minimum quantity is one 20`container, sample order is acceptable for first touch, but we have minimum quantity to sample order, it’s up to your selection on models, this is negotiable!
